Last updated 18 October 2026. This private property website handles enquiries relating to Apartment 8301 at The Pelican, Krabi. The owner or authorised property manager acts as the contact for enquiries. The responsible owner and privacy contact is Daniel Kendall: dprkendall@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you enquire, we request your name, email, optional telephone or messaging details, preferred contact method, lease length, flexible-date preference, proposed dates, guest count and any optional message you provide. We also retain limited technical information to protect against spam.
Why we use it
We use these details only to assess availability, communicate about your stay, issue proposals and manage any agreed tenancy. Enquiring does not place you on a marketing mailing list.
How information is handled
Enquiries are saved in a password-protected owner dashboard on our hosting service. A private CSV backup is maintained alongside the owner dashboard. Resend delivers an email copy to the owner and an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. If you choose WhatsApp or LINE, the owner may use that service to respond; clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Data is not sold to advertisers. Third-party services such as the hosting provider and email delivery provider process information to operate the site.
Retention and your choices
Unsuccessful enquiries should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed, normally within 12 months, unless records must be kept for a lawful reason. You can request access, correction or deletion by replying to any direct communication from the owner or manager. You can also contact dprkendall@gmail.com directly.

The public website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The private administration area uses an essential login-session cookie.
