Retreat to a calm, generously proportioned principal bedroom, with a beautifully finished interior and easy access to the adjoining outdoor space. A separate living room provides plenty of space to stretch out.
The additional sea-view room is currently arranged as an office and can potentially be adapted with guest beds by prior agreement — ideal for visiting family or a change of pace when working remotely.

Frequently asked questions.
When can I move in for a long-term stay?
The residence is being offered for six- and twelve-month tenancies beginning from 16 January 2027, subject to availability and agreed terms.
Are shorter stays possible?
Monthly stays of at least 30 nights can be considered during eligible vacant dates before 24 December 2026. Stays shorter than a month are not offered through this website unless their legality and the building's rules have been confirmed.
Is the apartment two bedrooms?
The principal bedroom is furnished. A separate, bright room currently serves as a home office and has a sea view. Subject to prior agreement, it may be arranged with additional guest beds. Please confirm the required sleeping arrangements before committing.
What's included in the rent?
Furniture, utilities, cleaning, deposits and other lease terms will be itemised in the written proposal. No inclusion is assumed unless confirmed in writing.
Is my booking confirmed when I send an enquiry?
No. The request allows us to check the dates, discuss your needs and send the proposed terms. A booking is only confirmed when formally agreed by both parties.
